关于河北省养老服务事业发展的探讨

摘　　要：当前河北省老龄人口总量大,分布不均衡,老龄人口的发展大大超过了经济的发展,这导致退休金总额不断上升、医疗费用增长、经济压力加大等问题,也给家庭养老带来了沉重的负担。养老服务是全社会的责任,要解决当前河北省老龄化社会问题,必须采取多种措施来发展养老服务事业:一是全社会要提高认识,重视养老服务发展问题;二是政府应加大投入,鼓励民营资本的投入;三是采取多种方法完善多层次的养老服务体系;四是把养老服务与产业发展结合起来。The total aging population in Hebei Province is big with uneven distribution, the increasing of the aging population greatly exceeds the economic development, which leads to the problems of rising total retirement pension, increasing of health care cost and increasing economic pressure, also bringing the heavy burden to the family care. The pension service is the duty of the whole society. To solve the current problem, multiple measures must be taken to develop the pension services. Firstly, the whole society should lay emphasis to the development issue of pension service. Secondly, the government should increase investment to encourage private capital investment. Thirdly, various methods should be adopted to im- prove the multi-level pension service system. Finally, pension services should be combined with industrial development.
