摘　　要：从促进民办高校科学发展的角度看,加强学生思想政治工作,有利于坚持社会主义办学方向、更新办学理念、提升学校核心竞争力、促进办学特色形成、促进学生全面发展和提高竞争能力。From the view of promoting the scientific development of private universities, strengthening students＂ ideological and political work is great beneficial to the private colleges and universities running in the socialist direction,is good for upgrading school running concept,is good for impro ing the core capability of schools,is good for changing the characteristics of schools. and is good for promoting the overall development of students and enhance their competitiveness.
