大学生劳动角色预演的不适及其防范

摘　　要：劳动角色预演作为大学生正式就业前对劳动角色的预备演出,具有为大学毕业生提供必要的劳动行为参考模式、克服因顺应社会过度而产生的反适应社会倾向、提升核心就业力等方面的适应社会功能。逃避劳动角色预演和劳动角色预演偏失是常见的两种大学生劳动角色预演不适应社会的表现。认同自身的准劳动者角色、把握劳动角色的要求和试展劳动角色的风范是大学生免于出现劳动角色预演不适的有效防范策略。Labor role preview is the rehearsal as formal employment for college students, it has such functions as providing the necessary labor practices reference model for university graduates,overcoming the excessive anti--society tendencies caused by the excessive adapting to society and improving the core employment abilities. The evading and the deviating of labor role preview cannot help college students adapt to society. The prevention strategies to avoid labor role preview that don＇t adapt to society is to agree with the preparatory labor roles, to grasp the requirements of labor roles and to try to show the appropriate styles of labor roles.
