关于新时期高校教务管理工作的几点认识

摘　　要：随着高等教育的发展和教育改革的深入,人才培养模式和教务管理的改革已势在必行。本文通过大量的调研,较为系统地归纳了教务管理工作的主要特点及当前存在的一些问题,分析阐述了如何解决当前面临的问题及提高教务管理水平。With the development of higher education and the deepening of educational reform,it is imperative to change the personnel training model and the educational administration management. This paper systematically induces the main features and the existing problems in the educational administration management through a mass of research,and analyzes on how to solve the current problems and how to improve the level on educational administration management.
