摘　　要：目的:严格按照此规程操作,有效控制川麦冬整个源头生产过程,确保人类用药安全,具可操作性和重现性。方法:采用建立川麦冬农业生产基地,运用科学试验结果进行培训示范,推广大田标准化作业。结果与结论:川麦冬商品达到了国家优质高产无公害标准,企业通过了国家级川麦冬GAP认证,药农受了益,企业增了利,国家获了税。Objective：To control the quality of Radix Ophiopogonis medicinal materials much effectively,we establish the Standard Operation Procedure of the tuber of Ophiopogon japonicus （Thunb.） Ker Gawl. Acutely the Procedure has its maneuverability and reproducibility, and it is available to ensure the safety of using the Chinese material medicine that produced in Sichuan province. Methods：The standard agriculture producing area is established by applying the experiment result into demonstrating training in fields. And then the science test and trained trying of standardized operations are extended to the standard operation area. Results： Ophiopogon japonieus （Thunb.） Ker-Gawl. medicinal materials achieve high-standard requirements including ＂high quality, high production and no pollution＂ which is set by SFDA. As a result,the related companies get more profit. The data of the farmers in come and the eountrgs revenue rise in the same time.
