联合术式治疗环状混合痔合并直肠粘膜内脱垂临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察联合术式治疗环状混合痔合并直肠粘膜内脱垂的临床疗效。方法:将80例环状混合痔合并直肠粘膜内脱垂患者随机分为两组,治疗组(40例)采用联合术式即吻合器痔上黏膜环切术(PPH)、小切口外剥内扎术、消痔灵注射术,对照组(40例)采用传统的外剥内扎术,观察两组患者的治愈率、创面愈合时间、术后并发症情况。结果:两组患者治愈率、创面愈合时间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组术后并发症差别有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:联合术式治疗环状混合痔合并直肠粘膜内脱垂有疗效确切、疼痛轻、恢复快、术后并发症少、患者满意度高等优点,值得临床推广应用。Objective ： To evaluate the curative effect of PPH plus external dissection and internal ligation and injection of Xiaozhil- ing of the triple therapy in the treatment of the circumference Mixed Hemorrhoids combined with internal rectal mucosa prolapsed. Methods ： The 80 patients with the circumference Mixed Hemorrhoids combined with internal rectal mueosa prolapsed were random divided into treatment group and controlled group （40 eases, each group）, which both groups respectively received the triple therapy , and routine external dissection and internal ligation, then the cure rate, wound healing time, and Post-operative complications were compared each other after the operation. ResultS：The observing group could improve the the cure rate, shorten the wound healing time and decrease the rate of post--operative complications. Its effect was better than control group（P^0.05）. Conclusion：The triple therapy could improve the analgesic effect, shorten the wound healing time and decrease post--operative complications. Its effect was accurate.
