摘  要:靖边气田气井普遍含有H2S、CO2等腐蚀性气体,机械气举排水采气工艺无法长期有效实施。为此,根据靖边气田泡沫排水采气工艺应用和气井生产实际,在靖边气田开展了撬装压缩机气举辅助泡沫排水采气工艺试验。试验结果表明,该项排水采气工艺在泡沫排水采气后期依靠压缩机辅助能量可实现连续助排;该工艺可应用于低产积液停产气井的有效复产,也可应用于产水气井连续稳定助排生产。Generally,there are corrosive H2S and CO2 in gas wells of Jingbian gasfield.Therefore,drainage gas recovery by mechanical gas lifting cannot effective for a long time.According to the application of foam drainage gas recovery and the actual production,an experiment of foam drainage gas recovery assisted by skidded compressor gas lifting is carried out.Results show that this technology is effective for restoring production of watered-out gas well and continuous drainage of water production well.It is a new drainage gas recovery technology for production of watered-out wells with low pressure and low yield and some wells with weak flowing water.
