论专业运动员的文化教育

摘　　要：专业运动员文化教育是运动员工作中的重点和难点,我国的现实情况是,运动员一旦进入专业队体制,就完全脱离文化学习所应有的环境和氛围,造成了部分运动员的文化素质不高,打架斗殴等事件接连不断。加强专业运动员文化教育管理,提高运动员的综合素质,不仅直接关系其运动技术水平的高低,关系到我国竞技体育的发展,也关系到运动员今后的出路。当前,应当加强运动员文化教育,促进我国和谐社会、和谐体育的建设。It＇ s important but difficult to carry out culture education for the professional athletes, the reality in China is that once a young person become a professional athlete, he,/she will have no chance to receive normal education any more, this is the key factor for the poor culture level among some athletes. The actions of Strengthening the management of the culture education for professional athletes and improving the comprehensive quality not only affect the athletes＇ competitive level, but also influent the development of competitive sports in China, and also influent the future life of atheletes. Acfiorts should be taken to strengthen the ahletes＇ culture education so as to promote the building of harmony society.
