现代辅助生育治疗患者居家注射后一次性预灌式注射器处置方式调查

摘　　要：目的了解现代辅助生育治疗患者居家注射后一次性预灌式注射器的处置,探讨患者随意处置医疗废物的原因及对策。方法采用回顾性问卷调查法,对生殖中心400例居家注射患者医疗废物的处置、健康教育情况及有无被废弃针刺伤经历进行调查。结果400例患者中,327例患者参加了普通治疗宣教,其中92例患者另追加了医疗废物处置宣教;83例患者未参加宣教。73.8%的患者直接将用完的一次性预灌注式注射器混入生活废物废弃;6.7%的患者因找不到终端部门或社区门诊拒收,最终将收集好的医疗废物混入生活废物中;只有19.5%的患者将用完的一次性预灌注式注射器交回医院处理。参加医疗废物处置宣教后71.7%的患者能将用完的一次性预灌注式注射器交回医院处理。参加过医疗废物处置宣教的患者被废弃针刺伤率为2.2%,而未参加宣教的患者被废弃针刺伤率为12.3%。结论提高医护人员以及患者家属对医疗废物危害的认识,加强患者的健康宣教,指导患者正确处置医疗废物的方法,规范处置医疗废物的行为,可以减少环境污染和对人体造成的危害。Objective To understand the management of disposable prefilled syringe after home injection for patients with assisted reproductive treatment,to discuss the reasons contributing to casual disposal of medical waste and to offer some countermeasures.Methods A retrospective questionnaire was applied among 400 patients who had home injection for the information of management of medical waste,experience of needle stick injury and health education.Results Only 92 patients participated in the health education of management of disposable prefilled syringe.Of the total,80.5% of the patients mixed disposable prefilled syringe with household waste for various reasons and only 19.5% of the patients returned the disposable prefilled syringe to the hospital.And 71.7% of the patients who participated in the health education returned the disposable prefilled syringe to the hospital and the rate of pricking by discarded syringe reached 2.2% among those participated in the health education while that reached 12.3% among those who did not.Conclusion It could reduce environmental pollution and harm to human beings by improving the understanding of the hazards of medical waste,strengthening the health education and guiding patients to proper dispose medical waste.
