标准化作业程序在新建医院消毒供应中心建设中的应用

摘　　要：总结新建医院消毒供应中心的建设经验,并进行推广,让管理前瞻性地融入到护理工作的每个环节,为医院以及消毒供应中心护理管理者提供科学的建设管理思路和方法。成立项目组,将标准化作业程序的理论和方法贯穿医院消毒供应中心建设整个过程。理顺了建设流程,提高了工作效率,有效避免了医院消毒供应中心建设中存在种种问题,其创新理念及建设亮点对下一步医院消毒供应中心的规范建设与改造,在思路和方法上提供一定的借鉴。消毒供应中心建设应及早成立功能较强的项目组,并推行标准化作业程序的管理模式,规范、高效、安全地开展工作。To summarize and disseminate the experience in the construction of central sterile supply department（CSSD） in a newly-built hospital.A project team was established and the theories and methods of standard operating procedures were implemented throughout the whole process of the construction of CSSD.The work efficiency was greatly improved,and various problems were avoided in the construction.The innovative idea was practical in the construction.The establishment of project team and standard operating procedures contribute to the effective and safe construction of CSSD in a newly-built hospital.
