摘　　要：“十一五”期间，高速公路养护管理组织机构已比较健全，管理措施也比较到位，但高速公路养护施工队伍建设却远远不能满足养护管理发展的需要，因此，解决好高速公路养护队伍建设的问题，对于高速公路养护管理整体水平的提高，贯彻落实《“十二五”公路养护管理发展纲要》具有重要意义。针对目前高速公路养护作业模式，笔者结合自己几年来从事高速公路养护工作的实践，对高速公路养护专业队伍建设的规划进行了探讨。＂Eleventh Five-Year＂ period, highway maintenance and management of the organization has a relatively sound management measures in place, but the construction of highway maintenance and construction team was far from satisfying the needs of the development of conservation and management, therefore, expressway maintenance team building for highway maintenance and management of the overall level of improvement, implement the ＂12th five-Year Highway Maintenance management Program for the Development of＂ great significance. For highway maintenance operation mode, the author of several years engaged in highway maintenance work practice, planning of the expressway maintenance professional ranks.
