摘 要:为了研究中试A2/O工艺反应器在不同流量条件下的实际HRT、死水区比例及反应器推流及混合效果,采用脉冲示踪法,以NaCl作示踪剂,测试了对反应器的水力流态分布。结果表明,进水流量分别为610、780、1 150 L/h时,厌氧池、缺氧池死水区比例在40%以上,整个生物反应器的死水区比例为20%,反应器在运行过程中,串联级数最高可达8,该反应器有较好的推流作用。In order to investigate the real HRT, the ratio of dead area and the effects of plug flow and mixing of the pilot-scale A2/O reactors at different influent flow rates, the hydraulic flow state distribution of the reactor was tested by the pulse input method with NaCl as the tracer. The results showed that, when the influent flow rates were 610, 780 and 1 150 L/h respectively, the persentage of dead area in anaerobic tank and anoxic tank were both above 40%, and the ratio of it to the total reactor volume was 20%. During the operation, the maximum series stage reached 8, which showed that the reactor had good plug flow ability.
