长强、承山穴位埋线治疗混合痔术后疼痛的临床研究

摘　　要：目的观察长强、承山穴位埋线对混合痔术后疼痛的镇痛效果。方法将120例混合痔患者随机分为穴位埋线组和静脉镇痛组,观察2组术后疼痛始发时间及术后8 h、24h、48 h、3 d、7 d及首次排便时的疼痛情况及不良反应。结果术后疼痛始发时间及术后8 h、24 h的疼痛强度,静脉镇痛组明显优于穴位埋线组。术后48 h、首次排便的疼痛强度,静脉镇痛组与穴位埋线组比较无明显差异。术后3 d、7 d的疼痛强度,穴位埋线组明显轻于静脉镇痛组。而静脉镇痛组不良反应发生率高于穴位埋线组。结论在术后早期,静脉镇痛效果较好,但不良反应较多。而穴位埋线镇痛时间更长,且无不良反应,值得推广应用。Objective It is to compare the analgesia effect of catgut embedding at ＂ChangQiang＂ and ＂ ChengShan＂ on postoperative pain of mixed hemorrhoids. Methods One hundred and twenty cases with postoperative pain of mixed hemorrhoids were divided into catgut embedding group （60 cases） and intravenous analgesia group （60 cases） randomly. The onset time of pain and the pain score of first dejection and at 8b,24 h, 48 h,3 d and 7 d after operation were compared by using visual analogue scales（VAS）. The adverse reactions were recorded simultaneously. Results The time of onset of pain of the intravenous analgesia group was later than those of the catgut embedding group. The pain scores of the intravenous analgesia group were lower than those of the catgut embedding group at 8 h, 24 h after operation. The pain scores of the catgut embedding group were lower than those of the intravenous analgesia group at 3 d, 7 d after operation. The adverse reactions rates of the catgut embedding group were lower than those of the intravenous analgesia group. Conclusion In the early postoperative period, the analgesic effect of intravenous analgesia is superior to catgut embedding, but the adverse reactions rates are higher. Catgut embedding has a longer duration of analgesia with less adverse reactions, so it is worth wide application in clinic.
