大掺量卵石在商品混凝土中的应用研究

摘　　要：本文研究了大掺量卵石取代碎石对混凝土工作性和强度的影响。试验结果表明：在全碎石泵送混凝土C30-C50配比基础上，通过降低用水量10kg／m3、高效减水剂用量增加0．15％等措施，在保证混凝土工作性能、28d抗压强度以及回弹强度的前提下，卵石取代碎石量可达60％以上。This paper studies the Large Volume of gravel to replace the gravel on concrete workability and strength. The results showed that： in the whole gravel pumping concrete C30-C50 ratio basis, by reducing water consumption 10kg/m3, superplasticizer dosage increased by 0.15% and other measures to ensure the performance of concrete, and 28d compressive strength and back play the strength of the premise, the pebbles to replace the gravel up to 60%.
