摘 要:混凝土外加剂中氯离子含量是影响混凝土性能的指标之一,也是判断外加剂是否合格的重要依据,因此准确测定外加剂中氯离子的含量十分重要。但由于检测能力及环境条件各异,测定结果不稳定,存在误差。在TB10424—2010《铁路混凝土工程施工质量验收标准》中对氯离子含量的技术要求是按折固含量计算的,给测量不确定度评定带来困难。所以本文依据GB/T8077—2000《混凝土外加剂匀质性试验方法》田中氯离子含量和固体含量的检测方法,按照JJF1059—1999《测量不确定度评定与表示》技术规范要求,参考CNAS—GL10—2006《材料理化检验测量不确定度评估指南及实例》脚,对检测过程中的测量不确定度进行评定。Concrete admixtures in concrete, chloride ion content is affecting the performance of one of the indicators is important to determine eligibility based additive, so an accurate determination of chloride ion content of admixtures is very important. However, due to different detection capabilities and environmental conditions, measurement results of instability, there is error, and even affect the quality of concrete. In the TB 10424-2010 " Standard for Constructional Quality Acceptance of Railway Concrete Engineering" t, of chloride ion content of the technical requirements are calculated by fold-solids, to the measurement uncertainty evaluation difficult. So according to this GB / T 8077-2000 " Methods for testing uniformity of concrete admixture" t2~ in chloride content and solids content of the detection method, according to JJF 1059-1999 "Evaluation and Expression of Uncertainty in Measurement" technical specifications, reference CNAS-GL10-2006 "material physical and chemical test measurement uncertainty guidelines and examples", the detection process of t uncertainty to be assessed.
