摘　　要：控制论是从整体出发分析国际关系的一个视角,它是有目的行为的动态分析工具,追求互动因果关系的本质以及重视通信过程。在国际关系理论中,控制论的基本思想和研究方法与国际系统论、结构现实主义和建构主义等结构主义理论产生了较多契合,同时对结构主义理论的未来发展也具有重要启示。Cybernetics is a holistic perspective of analyzing international relations. It is a dy- namic analysis tool of purposeful behaviors, pursuing the essence of interactive causal relations and emphasizing the communication process. Among the various IR theories, cybernetics corre- sponds to structuralist theories, such as theory of international system, structural realism and constructivism, in terms of its basic ideas and research methods. Cybernetics also offers great im- plications to the future development of structuralist theory.
