摘 要:采用铁炭微电解法去除超高盐榨菜废水中的磷,研究反应时间、初始pH、铁炭体积比和铁水体积比对溶解性磷酸盐去除率的影响。初始pH=6、铁炭体积比1∶1、铁水体积比1∶1、反应时间30 min时,进、出水磷的质量浓度分别为169.30、5.51 mg/L,去除率96.74%。扫描电镜及X射线能谱结果表明,反应后铁屑表面被沉淀物所覆盖,铁元素减少,磷和氧元素增多。The iron-carbon micro-electrolysis process has been used for removing phosphorus from preserved Sichuan pickle wastewater whose salinity is ultra high. The effects of reaction time, initial pH, volume ratio of Fe/C and volume ratio of Fe/H2O on the removing rate of solubilized phosphate are investigated. The removing rate is 96.74%, when the initial pH is 6, volume ratio of Fe/C 1:1, volume ratio of Fe/H2O 1:1, reaction time 30 min, and the mass concentrations of phosphorus in influent and effluent water are 169.30 mg/L and 5.51 mg/L,respectively. The results of SEM and EDS analysis show that the scrap iron surface has been covered with sediment,iron content decreased, and phosphorus and oxygen content increased.
