摘 要:考察了铝及不锈钢作阳极的电絮凝法去除兰炭废水COD的可行性,以及处理时间、pH、电流密度、电解质浓度、极板间距等操作条件对兰炭废水COD去除效果的影响。实验结果表明:铝阳极电絮凝去除兰炭废水COD的效果好于不锈钢阳极。用铝阳极在电流密度为0.05 A/cm2、pH=7的条件下电絮凝4 h,兰炭废水COD去除率最高可达75%。实验结果表明,铝阳极电絮凝法可实现对兰炭废水的预处理。It is investigated that the feasibility of removing COD from semi-coke wastewater by electro-coagulation whose anode is made of aluminum or stainless steel. The effects of the operating conditions, such as treating time, pH, current density, electrolyte concentration,the space between polar plates, etc. on the COD removing efficiency from semi-coke wastewater are investigated. The results show that the COD removing efficiency from semi-coke wastewater by aluminum anode electro-coagulation is better than that by stainless anode electro-coagulation. When the current density is 0.05 A/cm2 at aluminum anode, pH=7, and electro-coagulation time 4 h,the removing rate of COD from semi-coke wastewater can be as high as 75%. The experimental results show that the pretreatment effect of semi-coke wastewater can be realized by aluminum anode electro-coagulation.
