摘 要:采用微波辅助Fenton工艺处理某炼油厂含苯酚废水,通过实验研究了敏化剂种类、微波功率、微波辐射时间等因素对苯酚去除效果的影响,确定了微波辅助Fenton试剂催化氧化处理高浓度苯酚废水的最佳工艺条件。对于2 000 mg/L的苯酚废水,Fe2+用量为1 600 mg/L,H2O2投加质量分数为0.3%,活性炭投加量为10 g/L,微波功率为13.2 W,微波辐射时间5 min时,苯酚去除率可达到80%以上,明显优于单独活性炭微波和单独Fenton试剂氧化的处理效果。The influences of the varieties of microwave sensitizers, microwave power and microwave irradiation time on the removing efficiency of phenol from phenol-containing wastewater in a refinery have been studied through experiments. The best technological conditions of microwave-assisted Fenton reagent catalytic oxidation technology for treating highly concentrated phenol-containing wastewater are ascertained. For the phenol wastewater with the mass concentration of 2 000 mg/L, the removing rate of phenol could reach 80%, when the dosage of Fe2+ is 1 600 mg/L, H2O2 is 0.3%, active carbon is 10 g/L, microwave power is 13.2 W and the time of microwave radiation is 5 min. The experiment results show that it is obviously much better than using active carbon-microwave alone and Fenton reagent oxidation alone.
