摘 要:对处理木薯淀粉废水的EGSB厌氧反应器初次启动时的接种污泥选择、污泥驯化方法、厌氧反应器控制条件进行研究。当选用木薯酒精厂厌氧发酵污泥作为接种污泥,控制pH在6.8~7.6,VFA<1 000 mg/L,温度在26~28℃时,采用阶段进水驯化方式,经过近100 d的实际运行,成功培养出适应木薯淀粉废水的颗粒污泥,系统COD去除率达86%以上,厌氧反应器启动成功,运行状况良好,处理效果稳定。Several factors such as the selection of inoculated sludge, method of sludge acclimatization and the condition of the anaerobic reactor control for treating cassava starch wastewater when initially started-up have been studied. When the anaerobic fermented sludge of the cassava alcohol plant is selected as inoculated sludge,its pH should be controlled at 6.8-7.6,VFA〈1 000 mg/L,and temperature at 26-28 ℃ ,the influent water acclimatization in phasic mode is used. After running for almost 100 d,the granular sludge that is suitable for cassava starch has successfully been cultivated. Under these conditions, the removing rate of COD could be higher than 86%, and the anaerobic reactor has started up smoothly and fluently, with stable treatment effect.
