滋水清肝饮加减改善促性腺激素释放激素激动剂治疗子宫内膜异位症副反应的初步临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察滋水清肝饮改善促性腺激素释放激素激动剂(GnRH-a)治疗子宫内膜异位症副反应的临床疗效。方法选择确诊为子宫内膜异位症并接受GnRh-a治疗,而在治疗过程中出现低雌激素相关副作用需就诊的患者21例,辨证给予滋水清肝饮加减治疗,观察潮热、汗出、烦躁、失眠等副反应的改善情况。结果滋水清肝饮加减治疗后痊愈9例(42.8%),有效12例(57.2%),无效0例,总有效率100%。结论滋水清肝饮改善GnRh-a治疗子宫内膜异位症副反应效果明显。Objective To observe the effect of Zishuiqingganyin on the side effect of gonadotropin-releasing hormone（GnRH-a） treating endometriosis.Methods 21 patients with endometriosis received GnRhHa were treated by Zishuiqingganyin as appeared in the process of low estrogen related side effects.Improvement of side effect including hot flash,sweating,fidget and insomnia were observed.Results There were 9 cured cases（42.8%）,12 effective cases（57.2%）,0 ineffective cases and 100% total effective rate on the treatment of side effect of GnRh-a treating endometriosis.Conclusion Zishuiqingganyin has obvious effect on the improving side effect of GnRH-a treating endometriosis.
