消栓灵对下肢深静脉血栓形成患者血浆6-酮-前列腺素F1α及血栓素B_2含量的影响

摘　　要：目的观察消栓灵对下肢深静脉血栓形成(DVT)患者血浆6-酮-前列腺素F1α(6-keto-PGF1α)及血栓素B2(TXB2)含量的影响。方法将66例DVT患者随机分为2组,治疗组38例予消栓灵,对照组28例予低分子肝素钙,2组均10 d为1个疗程,2个疗程后观察2组治疗前后6-keto-PGF1α及TXB2变化情况,统计临床疗效。结果治疗组总有效率94.74%,对照组总有效率75.00%,2组总有效率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组临床疗效优于对照组。2组治疗后6-keto-PGF1α明显升高(P<0.01,P<0.05),TXB2明显下降(P<0.01,P<0.05),TXB2/6-keto-PGFlα值下降(P<0.01,P<0.05),且2组组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论消栓灵可通过调节TXB2与6-keto-PGFlα之间的平衡疗治疗DVT,疗效确切。Objective To investigate the effect of chronic venous insufficiency（CVI） treated by combination of Xiaoshuanling and anticoagulants.Methods 100 patients with CVI were randomly divided into two groups.44 cases in control group were treated by low molecular weight heparin calcium injection.Patients in treatment group（n=44） were treated by Xiaoshuanling on the basis of control group＇s treatment.The course was 10 days in two groups.Muscle circumference changes of lower extremity at same height,clinical effect and venography recanalization were observed before and after treatment.Results The total effective rate in treatment group（94.74%） was higher than that in control group（75.00%,P〈0.05）.Muscle circumference of lower extremity from 10 cm under patella to 5 cm above the ankle after treatment was decreased as compared with that before treatment in treatment group（P〈0.05）,and there was significant difference between two groups after treatment（P〈0.05）.Complete recanalization rate after treatment was higher than that before treatment in two groups（P〈0.05）,the vascular obstruction rate was significantly decreased（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Xiaoshuanling can significantly improve the clinical signs and symptoms of CVI patients and promote revascularization,and it is effective
