保元汤对冠心病心力衰竭患者血管内皮依赖性舒张功能的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨保元汤对冠心病心力衰竭患者血管内皮依赖性舒张功能(FMD)的影响。方法将113例冠心病心力衰竭患者随机分为2组,对照组56例予西医常规治疗,治疗组57例在对照组治疗基础上加保元汤。2组均治疗1个月。采用彩色多普勒超声诊断仪测定2组治疗前后FMD变化情况,并统计临床疗效。结果治疗组总有效率87.72%,对照组总有效率71.43%,2组总有效率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组临床疗效优于对照组。治疗组治疗后FMD与本组治疗前比较明显升高(P<0.05),且高于对照组治疗后(P<0.05)。结论保元汤能改善冠心病心力衰竭患者血管内皮功能,从而达到治疗心力衰竭的目的。Objective To investigate the effect of Baoyuan decoction on endothelium-dependent dilation function in heart failure patients with coronary artery disease. Methods 113 heart failure patients with coronary artery disease were randomly divided into treatment group（n=57） and control group（n=56）.All Patients received conventional therapy,those in treatment group were given baoyuan decoction.The course of treatment was 2 weeks.The changes of the flow mediated dilatation（FMD） were observed before and after treatment.Results The total effective rate in treatment group（87.72%） was higher than that in control group after treatment（71.43%,P〈0.05）.FMD after treatment was increased obviously as compared with that before treatment in treatment group.The improvement of FMD in treatment group was superior to that in control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Baoyuan decoction can improve vascular endothelial function in coronary heart disease patients with congestive heart failure,so as to achieve the goal of treatment of heart failure.
