更健汤合高压氧治疗围绝经期功能性消化不良的临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察更健汤合高压氧治疗围绝经期功能性消化不良的临床疗效。方法将58例围绝经期功能性消化不良患者随机分为2组。治疗组30例予更健汤联合高压氧治疗20 d后休息8 d;对照组28例予多潘立酮片和维生素B6口服治疗14 d后休息14 d。2组均28 d为1个疗程,3个疗程后观察消化不良症状积分及Kupperman评分的变化,胃半排空时间(T1/2)、胃全排空时间(T)、胃窦收缩频率(F)、胃窦收缩幅度(△A/A)、胃窦运动指数(MI)等胃排空指标的变化。结果 2组治疗后消化不良症状积分低于本组治疗前(P<0.05),治疗组治疗后消化不良症状积分低于对照组治疗后(P<0.05);治疗组治疗后Kupperman评分低于治疗前(P<0.05),对照组治疗前后Kupperman评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗组治疗后Kupperman评分低于对照组治疗后(P<0.05)。2组治疗后T1/2、T较本组治疗前缩短(P<0.05),F、△A/A、MI较本组治疗前加强(P<0.05),2组治疗后胃排空指标均改善,组间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论更健汤合高压氧治疗围绝经期功能性消化不良疗效确切,且能促进胃动力,改善围绝经期消化不良症状。Objective To observe the effect of Gengjian decoction combined with hyperbaric oxygen therapy on perimenopausal functional dyspepsia.Methods 58 perimenopausal women with functional dyspepsia were divided into treatment group（n=30）,control group（n=28）.Patients in control group took domperidone and vitamin B6,those in treatment group were given Gentian decoction combined with hyperbaric oxygen therapy.The course of treatment of two groups was 28 days,followed up 3 courses,the changes of syndrome index of dyspepsia（SID） and Kupperman score（KS） and gastric emptying index including the detection of gastric half emptying time（T1/2）,the entire gastric emptying time（T）,gastric antrum contraction frequency（F）,antral contraction amplitude（△A/A）,gastric antral motility index（MI） were observed.Results Afar treatment,SID decreased in two group（P〈0.05）,SID in treatment group was lower than that in control group（P〈0.05）.KS in treatment group was decreased（P〈0.05）,while in control group there was no change between before and after treatment（P〈0.05）,KS in treatment group was lower than that in control group（P〈0.05）.T1/2,T,F,△A/A and MI improved obviously after treatment in two group（P〈0.05）,there was no significant difference between two group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Gengjian decoction combined with hyperbaric oxygen therapy can raise gastric motility,improve clinical symptoms of functional dyspepsia and has definite effect on perimenopausal functional dyspepsia.
