摘  要:影响染料上染和固着的因素很多,纤维与染料间的电荷效应是重要因素之一。阳离子试剂的应用可减弱纤维与染料分子间的斥力,提高它们相互间的结合力,从而提高染色节能减排的效率。文中从染色电荷效应出发,全面阐述了阳离子试剂的种类、结构,及在染色中的作用和功能性;分析了阳离子试剂的结构与应用性能的关系,作用原理和效果和阳离子试剂的应用工艺;介绍了新型试剂和应用工艺,提出了存在的问题和克服途径,并对阳离子试剂研发和应用新思路进行了展望。In this paper, the type of fiber and dyestuffs, structure of cationic reagents, and their functions in dyeing are introduced thoroughly based on the charge effect. The relations between structure of cationic reagents and their application performance, action principle and effect, and application process are analyzed. Novel reagents and application technology are introduced. The existing problems and solutions are put forward. Ideas of research and development of cationic reagents, and their application are prospected.
