摘  要:在甲酰胺溶液中,利用液相感应渗入技术,在35钢表面制备出碳氮共渗层,用金相显微镜、扫描电镜观察了渗层组织和表面形貌,测定了渗层的成分,用显微硬度计测试了渗层硬度分布。结果表明,在合适的工艺条件下得到碳氮共渗层,随着处理时间的延长,渗层的厚度增加,渗层表面孔洞减少。渗层由外白层、内白层和过渡区组成,渗层中含有C、N元素,含量随离表面距离的增加而减小。处理6 min可在试样表面形成厚度约33μm的白亮层和50μm的扩散层,渗层的最大硬度为592 HV0.1。Carbonitrided layer was prepared on 35 steel specimen by liquid induction carbonitriding technology in methanamidc solution. Microstructure and composition of carbonitrided layer and morphology of surface layer were investigated by OM and SEM. Microhardness variation with the depth was measured by microhardness tester. The results show that carbonitrided layer can be obtained with appropriate process parameters,the layer thickness incresed and the layer porosity decreased with treated time. The carbonitrided layer is comprised of outer white layer, inner white layer and diffusion layer. C and N content deceases gradually from the surface to substrate. The 33 μm white layer and 50 μm diffusion layer are formed after treated for 6 min. The maximal microhardness of the carbonitrided layer is 592 HV0. 1.
