摘  要:研究了热处理制度对一种Fe-25Ni-12Cr基高Ti/Al比变形高温合金晶界析出和力学性能的影响。结果表明,直接时效热处理条件下,热加工应力不能得到有效消除,合金的变形带密集,晶界能量较高,促进η相沿晶界析出和生长;η相两侧存在细γ'相析出薄层,该薄层可有效抑制持久晶界裂纹的萌生和扩展,显著提高持久寿命,降低拉伸屈服强度。1000℃固溶+时效处理可有效消除加工应力及变形带,降低η相的晶界形核率,并促进η相魏氏体生长,有助于提高拉伸强度,但降低持久寿命。Effects of heat treatment on grain boundary precipitation and mechanical properties of Fe-25Ni-12Cr base superalloy with high Ti/ A1 ratio was investigated. The results show that, under the direct aging condition, thermal processing stress can not be effectively eliminated, deformation belt of the alloy is dense, grain boundary energy is high, which promote η phase precipitated and growth along grain boundary. Fine γ'phase layer existing on both sides of η phase which inhibit initiation and propagation of grain boundary cracks, and significantly improve the creep rupture life, reduce the tensile yield strength. After solution at 1000 ℃ and aging, stress and deformation belt can be eliminated effectively, the grain boundary nucleation rate of η phase is reduced, growth of η phase Widmanstat is promoted, tensile strength is improved, but creep rupture life is reduced.
