摘  要:考察了用卷烟烟气浸出物灌胃和被动吸烟2种不同处理方法对小鼠肠道及口腔菌群的影响。结果表明:灌胃组与对照组相比,肠道乳酸杆菌和双歧杆菌菌落数目显著减少(P<0.05),大肠杆菌菌落数目没有显著性差异,口腔变形链球菌菌落数目显著增加(P<0.05);被动吸烟组与空白组相比,肠道乳酸杆菌、双歧杆菌和大肠杆菌的菌落数目均没有显著性差异,而口腔变形链球菌菌落数目显著增加(P<0.05)。灌胃卷烟烟气浸出物对小鼠肠道菌群以及口腔菌群的平衡有破坏作用;被动吸烟仅对口腔菌群的平衡有破坏作用。The effects of cigarette smoke on the intestinal and oral floras in mice were studied by gavage treatment with smoke extract and passive smoking treatment. The results showed that: comparing with the control group, the colony number of intestinal lactobacilli and bifidobacteria was significantly reduced (P〈0.05) for gavage treatment group; however, there was no significant difference in the number of E. coli colonies; the colony number of oral Streptococcus mutans increased significantly (P〈0.05). Comparing with the blank group, there was no significant difference in the number of intestinal lactobaeilli, bifidobacteria and E. coli colonies for passive smoking group, however oral colony number of Streptococcus rautans increased significantly (P〈0.05). The results revealed that gavage treatment with smoke extract destroyed the balance within intestinal floras and within oral floras, while passive smoking treatment only destroyed the balance within oral floras in mice.
