摘　　要：大学生科研与创业行动计划工作的三大管理短板表现为:亟需针对大学生的不同科研与创业需求进行分类管理,亟需针对大学生科研与创业挫折的原因进行分类指导,亟需针对大学生不同的科研与创业成果进行分类评价。大学生科研与创业行动计划管理工作的新思路为基于大学生不同的科研与创业需求建立分类培养平台,基于不同挫折的原因进行分类指导,并对不同的科研与创业成果进行分类考核。The three major cask effects of the work for university students＇ scientific research and entrepreneurial action plan include： the urgent need for the classified management of the different requirements for university students＇scientific research and entrepreneurship, the urgent need for the classified guidance of setback causes university students have in their scientific research and entrepreneurship, the urgent need for the classified evaluation of their different scientific research and entrepreneurial achievements. The new idea of the management work for university students＇ scientific research and entrepreneurial action is to establish the classified training platform based on the different requirements for university students＇scientific research and entrepreneurship, to make the classified guidance for their different setback causes and to make the classified assessment of their different scientific research and entrepreneurial achievements.
