摘  要:间充质干细胞(MSCs)体外移植为临床治疗脑缺血提供前沿的思路和诱人的前景。然而,MSCs在体移植时,其神经元分化率较低。寻找促进MSCs转化为神经元的方法对未来其临床应用和疗效意义重大。前期研究表明,针刺任督脉穴位对脑缺血后神经再生具有积极效应,提示针刺任督脉与MSCs移植联用可能起到促进其转分化为神经元的作用。针刺任督脉有可能通过促进MSCs定殖及移植后向神经元分化和宿主细胞分泌功能、上调损伤区微血管密度、抑制细胞凋亡等,从而起到促进其转分化为神经元的作用。上述思路为中西医结合治疗脑缺血提供新的线索。Mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs)transplantation provides the forward thinkings and attractive prospects for treatment of cerebral ischemia, but the transformation rate into neurons after the transplantation is rather low. Hence,it's of significance to explore the effective methods for promoting the transformation rate. The previous studies indicated that conception and governor vessels ac, upuncture has positive effects for nerve regeneration after cerebral ischemia. Accordingly,acupuncture plus MSCs transplantation can promote the MSCs transformation rate by improving the MSC proliferation and differentiation into neurons, up-regulating neurotrophic factor expressions, enhancing angiogenesis and inhibiting cellular apoptosis hence accelerate its transformation, which may provide a novel clue for treatment of cerebral ischemia by joint administration of integrative traditional and western medicine.
