小儿腹泻临床用药规律的数据挖掘研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨小儿腹泻病的临床用药规律。方法:收载古今文献1359篇,应用频数分析、关联规则、频繁模式增长树等数据挖掘方法,对小儿腹泻病的临床用药特点及药-证关联进行研究分析。结果:提取了小儿腹泻常用高频(核心)药物;初步获取了小儿腹泻病常见药—证对应关系。结论:初步揭示了小儿腹泻病的临床用药规律,在一定程度上完善了对小儿腹泻病中医证治规律的认识。Objective：To reveal the regularity of using Chinese herbs in infant diarrhea. Methods：1 ,359 ancient and modern articles concerning infant diarrhea were collected. The methods of statistical analysis, frequency analysis, association rules, and frequent pattern growth trees were applied to identify the regularity of Chinese herbs and herb-pattern association rule. Results ： Herbs and common drug pairs selected by statistical analysis from the study. The corresponding relation between drug pairs and patterns was obtained. Conclusion：To reveal the regularity of Chinese herbs in infant diarrhea, this study enhances the level of TCM diagnosis and treatment system on infant diarrhea.
