摘　　要：郑钦安为清代著名医家,"火神派"开山鼻祖。对郑氏脉诊心法进行研究,指出重视真元一气流行为郑氏脉法的理论基础,一气盈缩为郑氏脉法大旨,其脉证合参要法及"寸口六经部位分候法",皆具鲜明的学术特色,可明辨阴阳,诊察元气盛衰,指导经方运用,具有执简驭繁之妙。ZHENG Qin-an was a famous medical scientist in Qing Dynasty, and he also was the founder of Huoshen Medical School. This article studied the principle of ZHENG Qin-an＇s pulse diagnosis and pointed that Yuanqi theory was the theoretical basis of it, his theories of pulse combining with syndromes and dividing Cunkou as six meridians all have veery distinct features, which have very important meanings for the clinical treatment and prescription guiding.
