眩晕病综合治疗临床路径的实施研究

摘　　要：目的:观察并比较综合治疗方案与西医治疗方案治疗眩晕的疗效。方法:纳入眩晕患者60例,随机分为试验组31例和对照组29例;于治疗后3个月,评价眩晕改善情况。结果:与对照组比较,试验组VSS-SF差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);但试验组躯体性DHI评分、情感性DHI评分、功能性DHI评分显著降低(P<0.05)。结论:以DHI评分进行疗效评价,综合治疗方案疗效优于单纯西医治疗方案。Objective ： To observe and compare the efficacy of treatment of vertigo in a comprehensive treatment program with the Western medicine treatment alone. Methods ：60 vertigo patients were randomly divided into the experimental group with 31 patients and the control group with 29 patients. Improvements were evaluated 3 months after treatment. Results ： Comparing with that in control group, VSS - SF in experimental group had no significant difference （P 〉 0. 05 ）. However, somatic DHI score, emotional DHI score and functional DHI scores of experimental group were significantly lower than those of control group（P 〈0.05）. Conclusion ：As the DHI score for efficacy evaluation shows, the comprehensive treatment is more effective than Western medicine treatment alone.
