疣净外洗方微波术前干预减少尖锐湿疣复发的疗效观察及机理探讨

摘　　要：目的:观察疣净外洗方微波术前干预对减少尖锐湿疣微波术后复发率的疗效并探讨其机理。方法:将119例尖锐湿疣患者随机分为两组,治疗组先用自拟疣净外洗方(大青叶、板蓝根、紫草、莪术、苦参、虎杖、蒲公英)熏洗治疗1周,再用微波去除疣体,对照组则立即用微波去除疣体,两组术后均予疣净外洗方熏洗治疗2周。观察治疗组患者在中药熏洗前后的疣体大小、数目及局部伴发症状,并对其进行评分。结果:①治疗组和对照组病例随访3个月,复发率分别为17.3%、34.5%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。②治疗组患者中药熏洗前后比较,局部伴发症状明显减轻,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。但疣体积分变化无统计学意义。结论:疣净外洗方微波术前干预能更有效地减少尖锐湿疣的复发率,机理可能与其能有效减轻尖锐湿疣的局部伴发症状有关。Objective ： To observe the effect of Youjing lotion before microwave therapy decreasing the recurrence rate of Condyloma Acuminatum and investigate the mechanism of it. Methods：119 cases were randomly divided into the observation group（58 cases） and control group （61 cases）. The observation group was primarily treated by Youjing lotion before microwave therapy, the control group was treated by microwave therapy. The two groups were treated by Youjing lotion after microwave therapy. The size and quantity of warts, and the accompanied symptom in the observation group before microwave therapy were observed. Results ： The observation group had 9 recurrent cases （ 17.3 % ） , and the control group had 20 recurrent cases （34. 5 % ）. （2）There was significant difference in the accompanied symptom,but there was no significant difference in the size and quantity of warts in the microwave preoperative observation group before and after the therapy of Youjing lotion. Conclusion ： Youjing lotion before microwave therapy can effectively decrease the recurrence rate of Condyloma Acuminatum. Youjing lotion effectively easing the accompanied symptom is the possible mechanism.
