补肾调周法联合促排卵药治疗排卵障碍性不孕30例  

Clinical Observation on the Efficacy of Bushen Tiaozhou Therapy Combined with Ovulation Induction Drug on Treating 30 Cases of Anovulatory Infertility

摘　　要：目的:观察补肾调周法结合促排卵药治疗肾虚型排卵障碍性不孕症的临床疗效。方法:将30例肾虚型排卵障碍性不孕患者随机分为对照组和治疗组。对照组采用克罗米芬(CC)和绒促性素(HCG)治疗;治疗组采用补肾调周法配合促排卵药治疗。结果:治疗组妊娠率、恢复双向体温的人数均明显高于对照组(P<0.05),且患者的临床症状显著改善。结论:补肾调周法联合促排卵药治疗肾虚型排卵障碍性不孕症患者疗效显著,提高妊娠率及改善临床症状方面显示出明显优势。Objective：To observe the clinical efficacy of Bushen Tiaozhou therapy combined with ovulation induction drug on treating anovulatory infertility due to kidney deficiency by tonifying the kidney and regulating the menstrual cycle. Methods ：30 patients with anovulatory infertility due to kidney deficiency were randomly included into either the control or treatment group. Patients in the control group were treated with clomiphene citrate （CC）and human chorionic gonadotropin （HCG）. Patients in the treatment group were treated with Bushen Tiaozhou therapy （meaning reinforcing the kidney to adjust the menstrual cycle）combined with ovulation induction drugs. Results ： The rate of successful pregnancy and the number of patients who restored two-way body temperature in the treatment group were significantly different from those in the control group（P 〈 0. 05 ）. And the patients＇ clinical symptoms improved significantly. Conclusion：Bushen Tiaozhou therapy combined with ovulation induction drugs presents significant therapeutic efficacy on anovulatory infertility due to kidney deficiency, which can evidently increase pregnancy rate and improve clinical symptoms.
