摘  要:目的:分析不同提取方法对枳实挥发油化学成分组成的影响。方法:分别采用水蒸气蒸馏法、2010年中国药典附录XD甲法、溶剂回流法、超声法提取枳实挥发油并通过GC-MS法进行成分分析,然后用归一化法计算各成分相对含量。结果:2010年中国药典附录XD甲法提取的挥发油成分丰富,被鉴定的成分占挥发油总量的70.39%。结论:不同提取方法对枳实挥发油成分的影响较大,除传统的水蒸气蒸馏法外,药典甲法方可考虑。Objective:To analyze the different extraction methods on chemical composition of volatile oil in Fructus Aurantii Immaturus. Methods:The volatile oil was extracted by steam distillation, XD A method in 2010 Chinese Pharmacopoeia Appendix, solvent reflux and ultrasonic extraction. GC - MS was used for composition analysis, Then area normalization method was used to calculate the relative content of each component. Results : Components of volatile oil extracted by XD A method in 2010 Chinese Pharmacopoeia Appendix were rich and identified in the total composition of 70.39%. Conclusion : Different extraction methods have important influence on chemical constituents of the volatile oil from Fruetus Aurantii Immaturus. Except for the steam distillation, the A method in Pharmacopoeia may be considered.
