摘  要:目的:研究墨旱莲多糖过氧化氢脱色方法的优化条件。方法:以脱色率和多糖含量为指标,分别考察了H2O2加入量、脱色温度、pH值三个因素对脱色效果的影响,并采用正交试验法筛选墨旱莲多糖的最佳脱色方法。结果:过氧化氢法应用于墨色旱莲多糖脱色的最优条件为:温度为50℃,pH值为7.0,过氧化氢添加量为2mL。结论:该实验优选出的工艺稳定、经济、可行。Objective : To study the optimization of hydrogen peroxide bleaching conditions of polysaccharide from Eclipta prostrasta L. Methods : Taking decolorization rate and polysaccharide content as the index, the hydrogen peroxide dosage, pH value and bleaching temperature on the decolorizing effect were studied respectively. The optimal decoloring methods of polysaccharide from Eclipta prostrasta L. was screened by orthogonal experimental design. Results : The optimum condition was as follows : temperature was 50℃, pH was 7.0, hydrogen peroxide added 2mL. Conclusion:The optimized decolorization technology is stable, economical and feasible.
