摘  要:为了探讨蚕蛹蛋白纤维的可纺性,对蚕蛹蛋白纤维的形貌、组成、强伸性能、弹性、卷曲、质量比电阻等进行了测试.结果表明:蚕蛹蛋白纤维横截面近似圆形,呈明显的皮芯结构,纵向不光滑,有明显的裂缝和凹槽;蚕蛹蛋白纤维红外光谱图特征与资料所示粘胶纤维红外光谱相近;蚕蛹蛋白纤维干态、湿态断裂强度、断裂伸长率和初始模量均低于普通粘胶纤维;蚕蛹蛋白纤维回潮率为13%,与普通粘胶纤维相当;蚕蛹蛋白纤维的卷曲数、卷曲率、卷曲回复率和卷曲弹性率均小于粘胶纤维;蚕蛹蛋白纤维的弹性和质量比电阻小于普通粘胶纤维.In order to investigate the spinnability of pupa protein fiber, the morphology, composition, breaking strength and elongation at break, flexibility, crimp ability, and mass specific resistance were measured. The results showed that the cross section of pupa protein fiber was similar to circular shape and occurred obvious shell core structure. And the longitudinal was not smooth and had several obvious cracks and grooves. The infrared spectra characteristics of pupa protein fiber were consistent with those of viscose fiber. The breaking strength at dry and wet state, elongation at break and initial modulus of pupa protein fiber were all lower than those of viscose fiber. The moisture regain of pupa protein fiber was 13%, which was similar with that of viscose fiber. The crimp number, crimp rate, elastic recovery and curl rate of pupa protein fiber were all lower than those of viscose fiber. The flexibility and mass specific resistance of pupa protein fiber were lower than those of viscose fiber.
