摘　　要：大规模侵权是风险社会的极端表现,传统侵权责任法的单一赔偿机制已不足以救助大规模侵权中的众多受害者,面对风险社会的挑战,侵权责任在制度设计上,应在坚守既有损害赔偿原则基础上,将风险意识的理念渗入到制度创新中,建立多元化的受害人救济法律制度。Large - scale infringement is the extreme performance of the risk society. The single compensation mechanism of the traditional tort liability law is not sufficient to rescue many victims of large - scale infringement. The systematic design of the tort liability should put risk awareness into systematic innovation and set up legally diversified victim relief mechanism to face challenges of risk society based on the existing principle of damages.
