摘　　要：专项整治工作在实践中收到了良好的社会效果,然而,这项工作也存在着弊端。文章介绍了专项整治的含义与要求,以及其由来。详细阐述了对专项整治工作的评价,在此基础上研究了侦查权的规制问题,对我国法律的完善具有积极意义。The special rectification work has been receiving good social effects but there are also some shortcomings.This article studies regulation issues if investigation power that will have positive significance to improve laws in China on the basis of introducing the definition,requirements and origin of special rectification and elaborating the assessments to special rectification work.
