论情景模拟训练在公安教育中的运用

摘　　要：当前,严峻复杂的社会治安形势和繁重艰巨的公安保卫任务,对公安机关的整体素质和战斗力提出了新的更高的要求。如何保证和提高培养质量是公安院校在新形势下需要面临和解决的问题。审视和反思公安院校教育现状,可以发现,实践教学环节的欠缺与不足是一个重要问题。应从国内外先进教学模式中借鉴研究,吸收其先进方法,加强情景模拟训练,以培养出符合当前公安工作需要的实用型人才。At present,the severe complicated social security situations and the onerous and arduous safeguard tasks put forward new higher requirements to the overall quality and combating abilities of public security organs.It is how to guarantee and improve the quality of cultivation that public security schools need to face and solve the problems in the new situations.Studies show that the deficiency and lack of practical teaching stages is an important problem by examining and reflecting on the current situations in public security education.Therefore,this article put forward suggestions of absorbing the advanced methods and strengthening simulated situation training to cultivate practical talents those who can meet the requirements of current public security work by studying and drawing lessons from advanced teaching models at home and abroad.
