摘　　要：文章通过对《环境影响评价导则生态影响》(HJ 19-2011)和《环境影响评价技术导则非污染生态影响》(HJ/T 19-1997)从内容上进行了对比分析,对2个导则中各主要章节的差异逐一进行了解析,同时对2011版导则的修订思想及其所依据的生态学理论和方法进行了较深入的研究,此项研究有利于更加深入地了解和使用新的生态影响评价导则。EIA technical guideline for ecological impact issued by the MEP in HJ/19-2011 was analyzed in detail compared with the former related EIA technical guideline （HJ/T19-1997）. Differences in each of the major chapters of two guidelines were dissected with emphasis on the ecological theories and methodology which the guideline （HJ/T19-2011） is based upon. This comparative study is aimed at strengthening better understanding of the new guideline which is a helpful tool in EIA.
