摘  要:为揭示近年来沈阳市大气环境质量根本改善后的特征及变化规律,反映控制大气环境质量的主要因素,文章在广泛收集整理相关资料和数据的基础上,通过因子分析的方法对沈阳市2002-2009年的大气环境质量改善进行了分析;结果表明,近年来沈阳市在工业高速发展、经济迅猛增长和社会繁荣进步对环境质量产生巨大压力的条件下,经过对产业结构优化、工业布局和能源结构的调整、环保力度的加大等一系列措施,大气环境质量已得到历史性改善;首要污染物为PM10,污染物指数排序为PM10>NO2>SO2,SO2污染也不容忽视,NO2污染控制仍需加强;沈阳市大气环境质量变化中以稳步提高为特征,以相应的环境管理力度加大和环保资金总体增加为保证;文章揭示的沈阳市大气环境质量好转为东北老工业区域中其他城市的环境质量改善和区域环境管理提供一定的参考价值。The improvement of air environment quality in Shenyang City was analyzed regarding the major factors that controlled the city's ambient air quality, Based on the data of environmental statistics from 2002 to 2009, this paper described that the city's remarkably improved air quality during that period was attributed to the perseverant endeavors involving the restructure of industries and energy sources, and the optimization of industrial sectors layout as well as the considerably enhanced pollution abatement measures. The primary pollutant is PM10, followed by NO2, among others, decreased remarkably, despite the fact that SO2 still shows a slight increase. Experiences of Shenyang, such as the strengthening of environmental management and pollution abatement funding, would set an example for other industrial cities in northeast China to improve their air environment.
