摘　　要：黄铜拉链深红古铜着色典雅庄重、装饰效果好,目前国内外对此技术没有报道。研究了黄铜拉链深红古铜的着色工艺,讨论了各种因素的影响。在单因素试验的基础上通过正交试验确定了黄铜拉链深红古铜着色的最佳工艺条件:110 g/L NaOH,25 g/L K2S2O8,5 g/L过渡金属盐,0.3 g/L表面活性剂;温度60℃,时间2～4 min。该工艺采用一步法完成,操作简单,成本低;试生产表明,该工艺着色的深红古铜色泽均匀、色牢度好。The process for deep antique copper coloring of brass zipper was investigated,and the optimal conditions for deep antique copper coloring of brass zipper were established based on single factor orthogonal test.Results indicate that the solution for deep antique copper coloring of brass zipper has an optimal composition of 110 g/L NaOH,25 g/L K2S2O8,5 g/L transition metal salt and 0.3 g/L surfactant,and the optimal coloring temperature and time are 60 ℃ and 2～4 min.As-established process based on one-step route is simple and cost-effective,and as-prepared deep antique copper coloring coating is uniform and stable.
