摘  要:为保证高速公路改扩建期间的通行能力,进行了交通组织方案研究。基于仿真模型的建模流程,分析了交通组织的影响因素,剔除了对结果影响微弱的因素,并对仿真模型中的道路条件和交通条件提出了基本假定。以东港(东营—海港)高速公路改扩建工程为例,建立了单向封闭的交通组织仿真模型,通过对比车速的仿真值和实测值,进行了模型有效性验证。仿真结果表明:相邻2个施工路段之间的最小间隔应大于6km;上游渐变段长度推荐最少为30m,缓冲段长度推荐为300~500m;下游渐变段长度推荐最少为30m,缓冲段长度为100~200m;考虑到施工现状和交通设施的利用状况,中央分隔带开口长度建议取80~100m;随着限速标志与上游合流点的距离增加,行程车速先增加,后逐渐降低,限速标志设置位置推荐为作业区前800m。To guarantee the traffic capacity during the expressway reconstruction, the research of traffic organization program was presented. Based on the modeling process, the road condition and traffic condition of simulation models were assumed by analyzing the factors of traffic organization and eliminating the muted ones. Taking Donggang expressway as an example, the simulation model of unidirectional traffic organization pattern was established. The effectiveness of the model was validated by comparing with simulation velocity and test velocity. Simulation results show that the smallest interval length between the two construction section should exceed 6 kin. The upper gradual change section should be no less than 30 m whose buffer segment length should be from 300 to 500 m. The lower gradual change section should be also no less than 30 m whose buffer segment length should be from 100 to 200 m. According to current construction state and utilization status of traffic facility, the opening length of central space should be from 80 to 100 m. With the rise of distance between speed-limit sign and upper confluence, the travel speed increases at first and gradually decreases at last, the speed-limit sign set location should be proposed 800 m ahead of construction site. 5 tabs, 5 figs, 9 refs.
