摘 要:分析并设计出一种便携式超声多普勒血流频谱分析系统,系统以ADI公司BF592为控制器和信号处理中心,AD8331和AD8333分别实现回波信号的低噪声放大和解调,对解调后信号进行短时傅里叶变换,得到血流流速频谱数据,完成血流和血管堵塞状况的定量分析。该研究为实现颈部血管血流状况的准确、便携检测提出了1条实用有效的技术路径,有助于各类基层医院、家庭医生等用户群在临床上对中风等心血管疾病的早期诊断,具有很强的实用价值和市场价值。The author analyzed and designed a portable Doppler ultrasound blood spectrum analyzer system in the paper. Based on ADI company BF592 as the controller and signal processing center in the system,low noise amplification and demodulation of echo signal were implemented respectively by AD8331 and AD8333, short-time fourier transform(the "STFT') was performed for the demodulated signal and blood spectrum data were finally acquired to achieve quantitative analysis of blood and vessel blockages. Therefore, the research of the thesis has proposed a practical and effective technical path to achieve accurate and portable detection of blood situation in neck vessels. It has strong practical and market value for early diagnosis of cardiovascular disease(the "CVD")in clinic, including apoplexy, for those users such as various primary hospitals and family doctors, etc.
