摘　　要：本文在调研和查阅了大量资料的基础上 ,综述了国外潜艇设计和性能研究等方面的新概念、新技术 ,其内容包括 :潜艇设计中的水动力学问题 ,潜艇结构设计中的强度问题 ,潜艇设计中的振动与噪声问题。In order to stimulate and deepen the submarine performance studies,a comprehensive literature survey is carried out on submarine design and performance studies.This paper reports the results of this work.The contents covered include new techniques in the submarine design and problems regarding hydrodynamic performances,structural strength,vibration and noise reduction.It is expected that this paper could provide some useful information to the determination of the future research directions on submarine performance studies.
