摘  要:目的探讨大学生体质状况与亚健康状态的相关性,为确定体质检测在大学生亚健康状态评价中的作用提供依据。方法按整群随机抽样方法,使用自编亚健康状态问卷对801名大学生进行亚健康状态评价,并从中整群随机抽取284名大学生进行体质检测。结果男大学生的道德亚健康得分高于女大学生;女大学生的躯体亚健康得分高于男大学生,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。男大学生的躯体亚健康状态与反应时存在线性趋势(P<0.05)。对应分析表明,男大学生反应时间越长,其躯体和心理亚健康状态越明显,女性握力体质量指数越小,躯体亚健康状态越明显。结论大学生体质状况与亚健康状态之间存在一定的相关性,反应时能较好地反映男大学生的躯体和心理亚健康状态,而握力体质量指数能较好地反映女大学生的躯体亚健康状态。Objective To study the association of the physical fitness and the sub-health status among college students. Methods The method of stratified cluster sampling trial was adopted. The sub-health status was interviewed for 801 college students by the questionnaire made by ourselves, and the fitness of college students ( including height, weight, lung vital capacity, handgrip force and reaction time ) was detected in two classes by cluster sampling method. Results The results indicated that the questionnaire had good validity and reliability when used in college students. Different levels of reaction time appeared to be corre- sponded to specific grade of physical and mental sub-health status among male college students, while different levels of grip strength/body mass index appeared to be corresponded to specific grade of physical sub-health status among female college students. Conclusion The physical fitness is correlated with sub-health status. The reaction time and grip strength/body mass index Can be used as objective evaluation indices for sub-health status among college students.
