摘　　要：目的了解高校乙肝表面抗原(HBsAg)阳性学生心理健康状况,以科学地进行心理健康教育工作。方法计算机检索中国生物医学文献数据库(CBM)、万方数据库、维普数据库(VIP),中国期刊全文数据库(CNKI),并结合文献追溯的方法,收集2001-2012年的有关HBsAg阳性大学生心理健康状况(测量工具为SCL-90)的研究结果,使用RevMan4.2软件进行Meta分析。结果最终6篇文献进入本次研究,有效样本共计2 318例。HBsAg阳性的学生除人际交往敏感一项因子外,其余8项因子得分均高于HBsAg阴性学生,差异有统计学意义(P值均<0.05);HBsAg阳性的男生和女生比较,除焦虑和恐惧2项因子外,其余7项因子得分差异均无统计学意义(P值均>0.05)。结论 HBsAg阳性学生的心理健康水平明显劣于同期对照的HBsAg阴性学生;HBsAg阳性女生心理问题较男生突出。Objective To understand the mental health status of HBsAg（ ＋ ） college students, in order to provide theoretical basis for their mental health education. Methods A computerized literature search was carried out in CBM （ Chinese Biomed- ical Database） ,CNKI （Chinese National Knowledge Infrastructure） ,Wanfang （ Chinese） ,VIP （Chinese） databases and so on,to collect articles published between 2001 and 2012 concerning the mental health status of the HBsAg{ ＋ ） college students. We also checked the reference lists of relevant articles. The survey instrument of study was SCL - 90. RevMan 4.2 software was used to process the data. Results Totally 6 references accorded with the research criteria were adopted, among them 2 318 cases were an- alyzed. Meta-analysis showed that there were statistical significant difference in 8 dimensions （ P 〈 0. 05 ） except ＂ interpersonal sensitivity＂. The scores of ＂anxiety＂ and ＂ phobic anxiety＂ were significant higher in HBsAg（ ＋ ） female students than those in HBsAg（ ＋ ） male students. Conclusion There are more serious mental health problems among the HBsAg（ ＋ ） college students than other students, with significant differences between genders.
