面向云制造的制造资源模型研究

摘　　要：通过分析云制造系统的运作模式和体系结构,得出了制造资源在云制造系统中的地位和作用,然后在此基础上提出了面向云制造系统的制造资源数据模型。结合云制造的特点,通过对资源数据模型的分类信息、对象信息和属性信息3个层次的信息描述,建立了制造资源数据的三维模型,该模型支持云制造系统中的制造资源构建、制造资源封装、制造资源能力模型构建以及资源评价等。The position and role of the manufacturing resources in the cloud manufacturing are important. Based on analyzing the operating model and the architecture of the cloud manufacturing system; it builds the model of manufacturing resources oriented to the cloud manufacturing. In order to support the manufacturing resources constructing, packaging and capability building of the cloud manufacturing system, it establishes the manufacturing resources three dimensional model, introduces the object information and attribute information of the manufacturing resources data model.
